Half Day (6 - 8 hours) - $1250 ($250 deposit)​

Full Day (8 - 12 hours) - $2500 ($500 deposit)

Events over 200 guests require an additional fee that will be determined by the number of guests in attendance.  All events with alcohol require licensed bartenders.  We can provide bartenders for the rate below.​​​​

​Bartenders: $25/hr per bartender 

Event Manager**: $250

We do not set up your event.  You are responsible for all setup and decorating and all time required for setup MUST be included in the total hours selected.

**Event Manager will help with trash, cleaning or any needs you may have during the event. They will check the restrooms and restock paper products. All trash and cleaning is up to the renter if manager is not on site. ​
