Rental Fees:

Full Venue - 175 Capacity*

Friday-Saturday-Sunday

All Day Rental - $2000

 Deposit $500

 

Hourly Rates Monday - Thursday

$75 per hour - Dining Room Only 75 people Max 

$150 per hour - Full Venue

Deposit $150

Hourly Rates Friday - Sunday

$125 per hour - Dining Room Only 75 people Max 

$200 per hour - Full Venue

Deposit $200

Additional Services Available:

Bartender: $20/hr

Event Manager: $250**

Table Set-up by venue: $500***

Deposit is due at time of booking to reserve date. An invoice for the balance will be sent the week of your event and must be paid prior to your arrival or entry into the venue will be delayed until payment received.

*Events over 175 require an additional fee and table/chair rental.  Please call for more information

**Event Manager will be at the event to help with decorating, trash, cleaning or any thing you may need during the event.  All trash and cleaning is up to the renter unless the event manager is there. 

***Table set-up by venue requires exact floor plan and layout of each table
